Return policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any product from our online store or if it is found to be defective, please call us within 15 days of your purchase (of invoice date), so we can process your refund or give you online or store credit.

You can email or phone or fax for a return authorization number, and return shipping instructions. All defective product returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which will be provided to you via email and a copy of your customer invoice.

Please note that we do not accept returns for probiotics, homeopathic products, professional brands and bulk herbs.

A refund of 75% will be given for opened products within 15 days of purchase and 50% of refund for opened products within 30 days of purchase.  



You may return unopened items within thirty (30) days from date of purchase or date of when order is shipped from facility.  A full 100% refund will be given for any unopened products except the products in the above mentioned list. 

In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, please immediately contact us either by phone or email and notify the issue so we can start looking into the matter immediately and process your order to resend the products.


Once we receive your request for refund in writing, we will send you return shipping instructions. All refund requests must be placed within 30 days of the purchase.


Please also note that all refunds except shipment errors (damaged or incorrect shipment), are subject to a 15% restocking charge and shipping charges are non-refundable.
