Oat Flour is milled from hulled oat groats. Oats are harvested with their hulls on and before the hulling process, the oats are heat treated to inactivate the enzymes and prevent rancidity. This heating process also gives the oats a slightly roasted flavour. Oat Flour is creamy white to tan in colour.
