This flour is milled from 100% whole grain sorghum. Sorghum flour has superior properties for baking and is considered by many to be the best general purpose gluten-free flour. Sorghum is also known as great millet, American broom corn, Guinea corn, jowari or milo.

Product should be stored in a dry, clean area at temperatures not exceeding 20˚C and 60% relative humidity. Optimum shelf life is approximately 6 months under proper storage conditions.
