Suggested use: 
Whole cacao beans are a very versatile ingredient. Eat them as is, or use them in a raw dessert, smoothies, trail mixes and homemade hot cacao! They can be opened up to collect the cacao nibs, ground to create fresh cacao powder, turned into cacao liquor/mass, and pressed to extract fresh cacao butter. Both the shells and nibs can be used to make cacao tea. They can even be ground in a coffee grinder and brewed like coffee.
